Return and Reprint Policy

At Color Bird, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues with the printed graphics, please review our return and reprint policy for guidance.

Returns:

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return.

Because it concerns customizable prints, we only replace and reprint when it comes to poor quality prints. And not because of poor quality or wrong files supplied and uploaded.

Reprints:

If you receive an order with printing errors or defects, we will gladly provide a reprint at no additional cost. Again, not because of poor quality or wrong files supplied and uploaded.

Please notify our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order with details of the issue and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

We may request the return of the defective items or ask for additional information to assess the issue before proceeding with a reprint.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or reprint, including customized graphics with customer-provided designs and orders that have been approved for printing.

Items that have been damaged or altered by the customer are also non-returnable.

Refunds and Replacements:

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items or evidence of defects, we will process the appropriate refund or arrange for a reprint.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Replacements will be produced and shipped with the same specifications as the original order, unless otherwise agreed upon.

We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the designs provided by the customer during the ordering process. Please ensure that all submitted designs are accurate and free of errors.
